Choices, Choices: Deciding What’s Important in the Zumbro Watershed

By Paul Radomski, Minnesota Department of Natural Resources (DNR)

It’s a simple fact of life that there’s never enough money, time, or resources to do everything we might want to do. So we have to make some choices and set some priorities. The same is true when working for “Cleaner Water and Fewer Floods” in the Zumbro Watershed. Tell us what landscape features and conservation measures you value in the Zumbro Watershed.  Participants will be asked to fill out a questionnaire and rank their priorities as part of the Zonation values-based modeling being undertaken by the Zumbro Watershed Partnership (ZWP).  Survey results will help ZWP and local partners set priorities for the Watershed Restoration and Protection Strategies (WRAPS) Report.
