Pay to Play: Who's Really Paying For Clean Water?

Discover how citizens and government agencies have worked together to use voluntary practices, fee-based systems, and reasonable regulations to clean and protect our state’s river and drinking water resources. Hear about what techniques seem to be working and what practices don’t “make the grade.”

Conservation Minnesota is a nonprofit conservation organization working in Minnesota on issues like clean water, clean air, and pollution reduction projects.

 

 


These talks are part of the Zumbro Watershed Partnership’s “Water Ways” Speaker Series that takes place the second Thursday of each month at 6:30 p.m. at the Cascade Meadow Wetland and Environmental Science Center in Rochester.
