What makes a river healthy and how do we keep our rivers clean? We spend a lot of money to clean up polluted waters, while our cleaner rivers continue to face multiple threats from erosion, sedimentation, and other forms of land use pollution. It is much more cost-effective to protect healthy waters. Learn how a Healthy Watershed Plan can provide a framework for keeping clean water clean.
